We launched with a single truck and a few units, and we still operate that way. When you call, you reach me or someone I would trust at my own home. We are family-owned, so if something is not right, we take responsibility and handle it that same day.
I track every delivery on one board in the office, and every driver reviews it before heading out. When we commit to Tuesday morning, that is exactly when we show up. If anything changes, I phone you before you need to phone us.
